She assisted me as my real estate agent through a most complex situation. I first hired Elena in the autumn of 2009 to find a renter for my property in Marietta, GA. Initially, it was offered as a short sale, and the listing agent (also seller’s son) was brand new in the business and did not quite know how to handle it. Elena did her best and communicated with the agent’s Broker to help us move along. Unfortunately, while we were going through the process, the bank foreclosed. I almost lost hope of getting that house, but Elena did not give up. She contacted the bank and negotiated the purchase directly with their Asset Manager. Everything was done very quickly after that and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When it comes time to buy or sell again, I will always call Elena.
